Blank screen on admin page

    When I try to access wp-config or admin, nothing happens but just a white screen. When I try to change my permalink to page name, same thing happens. Also, as I try to make changes in permalink, site becomes inaccessible with www. My site is ACCA.
    Urgent help needed.
