Blank screen on admin after update

    Hi,

    After updating your plug-in, i’m unable ton access in whole wordpress admin area !
    In my logs, i found this error:

    2017/07/17 11:55:26 [error] 27190#27190: *655 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function utf8_decode() in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/inc/cleantalk.class.php:146

    I use nginx 1.10.3 and PHP 7.0.20-1~dotdeb+8.2
