    when I activate the plugin, the regular activate screen does not come up, only a completely blank browser screen with nothing at all on it.

    In addition, all wordpress functions on the site, including just regular plotting of the site, produce a blank screen and only a blank screen.

    I had to get into the site via FTP and delete the plugin folder in order to regain control of my site. After deleting the plugin folder, all wordpress functions returned to normal.

    I tried this twice.

    I have not too fancy of a site, using the avada theme, at https://holylandbrand.com

    This was handled through the main support channel’s at the wordimpress site.

    We determined that if yelp widget pro and jet tweet are installed and activated at the same time on a site that the site goes blank.

    In our case, we removed jet tweet as that has limited functionality anyway.

    thanks, do you know of another plugin that could replace jettweet?

    My website just went blank after installing this plugin as well. westfirlodge.com Now I have to go into the server to delete the file…. I will not be using this plugin anymore!

    Did you see the resolution above? It looks like the plugin JetTweet causes this. Do you have that plugin installed?

    We have many very happy users, the plugin is very stable. But there are — as for ALL plugins — ways in which your environment or a conflicting plugin can cause trouble. The bottom line is that we’re happy to help troubleshoot this with you to get things straight. Let us know about your plugins and environment and we’ll get it worked out.

    Thank you for the quick response.

    I do not have that plugin. I do have a social media widget, all widgets associated with the Hotel MAster Theme, and Google Places Ranking widget.

    When I am able to restore my website, I will post more specifics on the widgets.

    Any progress on your end @cobradust?

    I was able to delete the plugin with cPanel to get the site to work again… below is a list of all active plugins.

    I have not tried reinstaling the plugin yet. I would like your feedback first on what the conflict could be.

    Sorry I didn’t see this ticket update til just now, if you’re still interested I’d recommend activating Yelp Widget Pro FIRST, and then the others one at a time until you encounter the problem again. That will tell you with certainty which plugin is the problem. Let us know which it is and we’ll try to duplicate the problem and find a fix.
