Blank screen no error Nothing!

    Okay. I messed up and deleted all my files from my server by mistake. I then got a full backup done by my host company and everything seemed to be back but when I accessed my site and my admin NOTHING…just a blank screen.

    I then tried a new wp install in a subdirectory and copied the original wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes folder to the new install and imported my database from the old one to the new one and……the same thing…..a blank white page when accessing website and admin……

    Does anyone know what can be going wrong??

    I access my database through phpadmin and all seems to be there so I dont know whta the problem is….

  • You may want to check the database credentials with your hosting provider and see what they have done. Perhaps you may check your error log as well.

    Can you provide us a link to your website so we can see the issue you are having? I would look to make sure your index.php files are intact and where they should be.

    Hi, thanks for the help. Ive decided to start a fresh and reset my server and get rid of everything. I have backed up my files and databases and will try and install wordpress in a sub directory.
