blank screen instead of map

    Thank you for your plug in,
    I have a problem the map displays with one category but not the other, I can’t understand why?

    Hey @annariver

    We appreciate your use of our plugin. We have checked thoroughly for the blank map issue. However, we noticed that you have added an extra comma(,) to the latitude field for the location “Mehli Larmasschinen AG” post in the backend. As a result, the latitude field now shows “lat: 46.86638,,” instead of “lat: 46.86638,” This leads to a JavaScript-related error.

    Can you edit the “Mehli Larmasschinen AG” location page in the backend and remove this extra comma?

    If it still doesn’t work then we will need admin credentials for this site.

    Thank you very much now everything works I didn’t realise I had copied a comma. Thank you.
    Can I ask you one last thing, does your plug-in also work with wpml or Polylang?

    In the past, one user asked us to add localization support. So, we added localization support with “loco translate” plugin. We haven’t tested with WPML or polylang plugins, so we’re not sure if our plugin works with them.

    You can try setting up any plugin on your website and raise a new support ticket if you need help!
