blank screen double opt in page

it happen when I want to open contact or double opt in page. it just show blank screen. even after refresh it still the same.

Can you help me out with one more detail? Can you collect the console errors for this page?

Here’s how to get console errors:

• After the page goes blank, right-click on the webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image:?https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B

• It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8

Meanwhile can you let us know the version of WordPress and PHP you have, and if you are using any plugin that uses Gutenberg block editor?

@cssultan I just found out what the root of the problem are

it just if someone disable visual editor in WP profile, the page that I have problem with will be blank. but if you enable visual editor mailmint will work like a normal back.

thats all. Thanks for spent time finding this problem. so after this if someone have the same problem U need to check the visual editor first.
