Blank screen after trying to activate plug in

Hi, I tried to integrate xero with our website yesterday, i must have done something wrong because after I clicked ‘activate’ it went to a white screen and has been white ever since (about 10 hours). I can’t access anything on the back of site or even the front of site!
Please help (and in simple language please)!
