Blank screen after submission

    I do not know what may be happening, I set the form correctly. I do the tests and they work normally. But after about 12 hours I will perform the tests again and after the attempt to send, the screen goes white and the e-mails are not sent. What is going on?

    @ale8410 – Thanks for using Caldera Forms, I’m sorry you’re having this issue. This sounds like one of two things: 1) You’re using a permalink structure with index.php in your URLs and apache webserver, we really can’t support that right now and it’s not a great setup. 2) You’re experiencing a fatal PHP error and have error reporting suppressed.

    If it is the first one, please try with pretty permalinks.
