    Hello

    I just isntalled the plugin (free version, not pro) and i made a CVS file on excel with this structure:

    Product SKU
    rating title
    author
    email
    body
    body_text
    body_urls
    created_at

    I imported the file and all was completed but when I checked my reviews, they were not placed in the products that I required and all appeared in blank without a single word that I wrote in the columns. Please help I don’t know what to do!!!

    Hi @grunauer,

    The basic version of the plugin does not support importing reviews to the products based on product SKU. Only the premium version of the plugin supports linking reviews to the products using SKU. You may please provide the ID of the product to which you are importing the reviews in the comment_post_ID column.
