Blank response from server

  • Hi !

    I have a problem with my “Synch” feature on my Locotranslate. When I want to update my traduction file to take new texts from plugins there is a problem because I received the message “Blank response from server”.

    I have activated the debug mode but nothing is written on my debug log.

    Someone can help me please ?

    I’m presuming you’ve already read the FAQ on this topic.

    Activating debug mode may not be sufficient. Your PHP config must ensure that fatal errors are logged. If it’s not a PHP error, then perhaps a http server error. Unfortunately, I can’t help you diagnose what’s happening on your website without some trace of evidence.
