Blank “related posts”

I use Avada and the “related posts” feature at the bottom of the page is blank when I activate Litespeed cache. When I de-activate it “related posts” load on to the post. How do I fix this problem? I want to keep Litespeed and I do not know code. Is there a setting within the plugin I can adjust? Thanks.
