blank pop-up window when inserting NextGEN gallery into post

  • I’ve logged into my wordpress site, have created a NextGEN gallery, have created a new post. When I click on the button to insert a NextGEN gallery in the post, a popup window appears, and it appears as though it should be loading up images or something, because I see a vertical slider appear and get longer, but then it stops and nothing is in the window at all. It’s just blank.

    I’ve tried and have the same result in both the latest versions of Chrome and IE.

    many thanks for your response. I deleted the plugin since it doesnt work in more cases (see other threads) regardless of the updates.
