    This issue appeared previously in my ticket here.

    And today it appeared again. I have updated the previous ticket to unresolved as it is occuring again so now there’s two unresolved tickets for the same issue with the blank screen. This time it occurs when I’m required to click on Review to review and accept latest changes to the Wordfence privacy page.

    Per instructions from @wfdave in the previous ticket, here’s what the Console tab have to say.

    ?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to 'wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    Please advise.

  • Hey @markdeafmcguire,

    I’m not certain at this point, but it sounds like a plugin or theme is loading jQuery too early. If you’re able to reliably reproduce this can you please check for a conflict? Try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?
