For some reason, when clicking the button to optimize the wordfence firewall, I get a blank popup screen. Here’s a screenshot.

I switched to the Twenty Nineteen theme and disabled all plugins except the Wordfence plugin and tried it again. Same results so it doesn’t appear to be a conflict. Sent yall a diagnostic report by email to help resolve this issue (after reading other users posting similar issues).

  • Hi @markdeafmcguire,

    Can you try this?

    1. Open the developer’s console (F12)
    2. Reload the page, and try optimizing the firewall again
    3. See if there are any warnings/errors within the Console and Network tabs of the developer’s console

It looks like the page within that white box isn’t rendering, and that could be caused by the JavaScript not loading or crashing. If you do find any errors within Console or Network, please let me know.

    Dave,

My apologies for the late response. I have followed your instructions and it does appear there’s an issue on the Console and Network. How do you want me to show the results? I tried to c/p but the results looks ugly See below.

    load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-position,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-menu&ver=5.2.3:4

    Hello!

    I have the same issue.
There are errors showing up on Console tab. What do you suggest to load the page?

Same here — must have been some recent update/conflict.

    Screenshot w/Console

The dev console shows the last number increasing by the second, infinitely….some coding issue I suspect.
