    It’s the exact one used in your pro docs, copied and pasted. I just changed the url. Then I changed it back to the one that was in your docs for testing.

    Ok amateur move here… I had an stop auto play Extension in chrome that is causing it lol. Removed and working fine.

    I spoke a little too soon in terms of resolving this. I’m still getting a blank pop up, but if I go to resize the window in Chrome it then shows. I hear it playing automatically. I can send a link but would prefer to privately if possible. Thanks.

    Are you using the TwentyTwenty theme?

    There’s a known issue between WP Video Popup & the TwentyTwenty theme. The theme applies some JS to all iframes which conflicts with our plugin. Unfortunately we haven’t found a way to bypass this. With the 2020 theme, the popup will only show up after the page has resized.

    Yes that’s the issue. I spoke with them privately about this, forgot to update.
