    Hi,

I’ve just installed your plugin but the dashboard seems to be blank. E.g: https://www.screencast.com/t/5xc43DZk

I have tried to upload the plugin via the “add new” section in the dashboard and via FTP.

We’re using wordpress version 4.8 and PHP is 5.5

How can I get this plugin working?

    Thanks,

    Lucy

    Hello Lucy,
this quite strange, it should work with your configuration.
Did you try to install it with the plugin manager inside your wordpress? I mean by making a search with the plugin search engine inside your site.
It is maybe a question of path name. Is it a multisite system?
I would need to see this from inside, please contact me at [email protected] if you agree to send me url and credentials to your site and I’ll check.
    Best regards

    Hi Anthony,

Yes I tried both that way to install and via FTP.

The website is on a development site, so there are other websites within that system, but not sure how that would affect this.

I have just sent you an email with further details.

    Thanks!

    Hello Lucy,
that was a compatibility issue with PHP 5.3. I installed you a new version that fix that problem. It works now.
EasyTimetable is now compatible with PHP 5.3.x server.
    Have a nice day
    Best regards

    Anthony
