  • Hi,

Using FTP just rename the folder of that theme. It is in wp-content/themes/yourbrokentheme
It will loads then a default WP theme so you can log in to admin and do additionals steps.
If you don’t wanna lose your modification (what you did a wrong way if you edit directly your theme, not child theme) then if a default wp theme is active, you can rename back your broken theme, keep it inactive and do correct changes or reupload that broken file again from fresh copy of your theme file.

    Hi,

You have to ask FTP credential of your host.
The host is IP address of your server, user – is an FTP user. Ask these details from your hosting provider.
These details are not the same as for your WordPress site. These credentials are server/hosting related.
