Blank page with -1 when sending email

    I’m a happy user of PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce. But now I have a big problem, can you help me?

    When I send an email as an admin by clicking in the order column and selecting complete and send email ( https://paste.pics/P9D85 ) a page opens with “-1” and nothing else. ( https://paste.pics/P9D8V )

    Also customers no longer get confirmation emails. And also no attachments. But I don’t see any errors in the email logs either.

    If I check in the check & Log plugin whether a test email is sent, there is no problem. Then the test mail just arrives. So my conclusion is that the SMTP settings are all correct.

    I have tried many things, but I can’t figure it out. Can you guys help me?

    I found the problem myself after a long search. It turned out that I still had the WP Overnight Sidekick plugin installed. This one caused this to happen.

    I’m wondering if only removing the WP?Overnight?Sidekick plugin was enough to fix the issue, or did you also update the plugin extension(s)?

    Thanks for providing more details, @jeroenmuller.

    I ask this because we added a fix for a similar issue like this, so I thought that you maybe had updated the Professional extension.

    Anyway, I’m glad to hear that you managed to find the root source of the issue, but do not hesitate to write again if you need anything else!
