Blank page when trying to translate

Hello there,

I am trying to translate some of the fields using this plugin, however, the page has turn to blank after I clicked the translate button at front-end.

I have used a multi-lingual plugin for the site, however, there are some fields that could not be translated, hence, I was thinking to try using this plugin to translate the rest, not sure if this would affect anything, or if I have made a wrong setting of some sort, please can you advice?

I can provide screenshots if needed.
