Blank page when I try to edit options

  • Hello everyone,
    I have a problem when I try to change any configuration parameter, such as “Read”, “Write”, “General”.
    At the click is called the url https://www.miosito.com/wp-admin/options.php that returns a blank page.

    I’m using the WordPress version 4.0

    Suggestions?
    It may be useful to the list of installed plugins?
