I found the issue, it’s the ajax loading screen that blocked the entire page it’s part of your theme name “salient”;

There’s event in your ‘init.js’ that trigger when (input file) type upload is click, it will trigger the ajax loader and set to active which has a background white.

You should contact your developer or the theme author to investigate this issue.
