Blank page when clicked on New post page – When WP_DEBUG is false

  • I have the latest wordpress Version 5.2.1. When trying to create a new post or editing an existing a post, a blank page opens instead of the form.
    While trying to debug, strange thing happened. When the DEBUG flag is true, it works and when it is removed or set to false, it again throws blank page. It’s a production website and I can’t keep the flag enabled always.

    Howdy!

    One of the best ways I can think of would be creating a local installation of that and deactivating all plugins and using a bundled theme like Twenty Nineteen to see if that still happens. If that resolves the issue, then activate the plugins, one by one to see which one is not playing nicely.

    Short of installing a maintenance mode plugin and doing that on the production site.
