Hello. I have successfully created a Learndash Custom Template using your plugin, and selected the template in the course settings for one of my courses.

But when I publish the course’s page, and visit it as someone who is not logged in, the body of the page is blank: the header and footer are there, but nothing else.

I would be grateful for any help on why this is happening.

(I am using BuddyBoss as my template, and also BeaverBuilder and BuilderDash to build the custom template.)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @talazem,

What if you flush the Permalink. Please refer to this doc to know how to do it. And also, ?try clearing the cache. Site cache, server cache if any, BeaverBuilder cache as well as your browser cache.

?And just in case you are not aware, as mentioned in the plugin description that this plugin currently works best with the Astra theme. So, there’s possibility that this plugin is not compatible with the theme you are using on your site.

    ???Kind regards,

    Hello Herman,

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately taking those steps did not solve it. It might very well be a theme compatibility issue. As I said, this website is using BuddyBoss due to its social features.

I think your plugin is still the only way to achieve a unique landing page for courses, which is necessary in some situations. It would be great if this could be looked into by your team, since, as good as it undoubtedly is, not every website can use the Astra theme.

    Many thanks.

    Hi @talazem,

    Thank you for the update!

To make sure this is a theme compatibility issue, you might want to temporarily switch the theme to Astra and if everything works well there, then we can say it’s theme compatibility issue.

?I will bring this to our team and we’ll see if we can add more themes in the compatibility list on our future updates.

Anyway, ?I am closing off this topic. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us in this thread.

    Regards,
    Herman ??
