Blank page when accessing Search & Register

  • I can install the plugin without issue. Same with settings.

    But when I click on Search & Register, I get a blank page. I checked the source of the page, and it truly is blank. No HTML at all.

    I’ve removed and re-installed the plugin. I’m running WordPress 5.3.2 using PHP 7.1.14.

    Any ideas?

    Settings -> Other -> Limit number of search files
    Please decrease.

    Settings -> Other -> Execution time
    Please increase.

    I tried various numbers for search files all the way down to 100 with no change.

    The plugin instructions say that increasing the timeout does not matter on the registration screen. I changed it to 999, along with 100 files, and nothing changed. The entire page is still blank.

    I have cleared browser cache and have tried multiple computers.

    I looked at the FAQ. I do not see the error associated with the entry that includes a blank screen (first one), so I didn’t try changing those numbers. But now I have and they don’t make a difference. There are quite a few files for it to find though.

    I don’t see that this was resolved with @gamethrall. I’m getting the same problem. Blank screen (outside of the WP framework).

    Same issue. It worked a couple of times but now all I get is a blank space where the results should appear. I’ve also tried various numbers for search files and cleared the cache.
