Blank Page on Wp-Admin

Hi, seem to be having a problem logging in to my site. If I type it in I just get a blank page. I switched on debugging and got the following message:

When I went to line 1285 it is simply non existent so that doesnt really provide much assistance. Can anyone assist me in this regard?
