[NSFW] blank page on widgets

I was told this was the proper place to ask my question.

My widgets page is blank. I am using 2016 theme on a Mac with Safari. This is a free site so I don’t have any plug ins, and I can’t look at the error logs. I wouldn’t know what to look for anyway.

I also get a strange error message in a pinkish bar at the top of pages I am editing: ‘The “page patterns” plug in has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.

The site is adult, but there isn’t any real adult material except for a couple of advertisements, and that’s just titles. The site is [ redundant link deleted ]
