Blank page on post preview!!!

After last plugin update I noticed that all my post previews DON’T WORK (there’s just a BLANK PAGE).
When I tried to deactivate Yoast’s plugin I can see that the problem does not occur.
What can I do to eliminate this issue???
Maybe there’s something wrong in plugin options to set better?
