Blank page in WP admin

    Hello,

    I get an effectively blank page in TikTok admin page since several days. No loading or UI plugin before the blank screen.
    I just updated it with the last version, but no luck.

    WordPress: 6.1.1
    Woocommerce: 7.5.1
    Tiktok: 1.0.16
    No ad blocker active.

    tiktok_for_woocommerce.log:

    Also, I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin, and since I get this problem the Pixel report “No recent activity“ and all campaigns go very bad because of lack of data from the pixel.

    Looking forward for any advice.

    Blank page here as well for three different websites. Tried with different devices and browsers.

    Hi all,

    After 2 days of debugging I found that the problem is caused by the language of wordpress that is not supported by tiktok.

    Try to change the WP lang to english and it should work.

    Hi @miikapk @bobowo Sorry you’re experiencing this issue.

    Our team released an update last evening that may fix this issue.

    Can you please ensure you are using the latest version of the plug-in ( 1.0.16).

    Then Enable/Disable the plugin and try to reproduce this error?

    If you are able to reproduce this error please provide:

    • External data string
    • Log files
    • A screenshot of your browser console with any errors or warnings that appear

    Hi, that explains because WP sites where languages are set as English and German sites work fine, while Finnish and Swedish gives a blank page. The plugin version 1.0.16 has been installed for several days already, I suppose the new, fixed version has a higher version number. Waiting for it, as changing site language is not feasible.
