Blank page in installer.php

    Hi all,
    when open install.php on my dedicate server, page not work, start to load, but i see only blank page…
    in past i used duplicator, without problem, but with the last version i receive this error.
    I read in forum similar problem and i try to add die(“test page”) but nothing blank.
    I can change all parameter of apache or php without problem, i am and administrator of server.

    Hi Cory,
    the problem isn’t a website.
    i create a installer.php and zip, upload ( i try to set permission 777), but when open installer.php page not load.
    in past version i didn’t have this problem, only with last version.

    You may have to debug the installer.php, I’m not quite sure why it would be blank…

    Can you create a php info page (i.e. test.php) in the same directory as the installer and browse to it?

    In The same server i have a wordpress site and work, only installer try ti load but not load.
    It’s very strange because 5month ago work.

    I search a error and see this in err_log on server:

    PHP Warning: Missing argument 2 for DupUtil::is_url_active(), called in /var/www/vhosts/(domain)/httpdocs/installer.php on line 1918 and defined in /var/www/vhosts/(domain)/httpdocs/installer.php on line 533

    Receive also this error

    PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/(domain)/httpdocs/installer.php on line 2267

    That is odd… If you want to submit a support ticket I can have a look at your installer and archive file…
