Blank page in Ads Setting

    Hi, I am seeing a blank page when installing wp-quads plugin and clicking on the ads section.

    I tried deleting all data on uninstall and then re-installed, sometimes the “create ads” option comes up in the “ads section”, but after that when I import my ads.json file, which I already exported way back, it shows a blank page again in “ads section”, and hence I am unable to see any ads in the “ads section”.

    Hi @wpquadssupport,

    I found the issue. Earlier while doing some testing, I had to remove the quads plugin, and before that, I exported all the data. When I re-installed the plugin and imported the data back, this blank page issue started to happen. The ads were running perfectly fine, only just that, I couldn’t see or edit on the “Ads Setting Page”.

    On doing a fresh delete with all data, I had to re-create all the ads, and I am not getting that blank page now.

    Could you try exporting and then importing at your end, to see, if you are getting a blank page after importing the settings?

    It’s strange. No, we did not encounter such a thing when we checked the same from our end. Can you please send us the exported file? So that we will check with that and let you know back.

    Thanks for sharing it. It seems to be strange. We have checked the issue using that file but we did not encounter the issue from our end.

    That’s strange, because, whenever I upload that file I always got the error.

    But anyway, now I created new ads, which are perfectly fine., it took time, but it works for now.
