Blank page in Admin Panel after update

Have you cleared your browser’s cache?

Just tried that now – didn’t seem to help. Also, I’ve tried it in Chrome and Internet Explorer – both seem to have the same problem.

Like I said, this shows up for just about every Slimstat page excluding the settings page.

It looks like a PHP memory limit issue. What’s your current limit? Depending on the number of plugins, you might have to increase that by at least another 10 megs.

WP-Memory-Usage is reporting that the memory limit is 256MB and usage is at 8.64MB. Assuming that’s accurate, I can’t imagine that’s the problem (it did work before the update).

Can you take a look at your server logs (apache, mysql) and see if there’s anything interesting in there?

Nothing looks out of the ordinary on the logs we took a look at. Any other suggestions?

Seems like it. Chrome, Firefox, and IE all are having the same exact issue.

What if you deactivate all you other plugins?

Deactivating is a little tricky for me as this is a work-intensive website for a lot of people. I went ahead and deleted the Slimstat installation and reinstalled it – which worked!

Unfortunately, that means I lost any stats built up over the past few weeks of using the plugin, but that’s fine as we were still testing some things. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again!

You could have backed up the tables. I’m pretty sure it was related to the plugin’s settings being messed up for some reason.
