Blank page from Order email – Download link missing domain

    I’ve added a mp3 attachment which is a meditation track to go with a candle. I set the attachment to be included with the product order email.

    It comes through in the email as a “Download” link that goes to
    ?attachment_id=119&download_file=zw0miei3ulhvn&wcpoa_attachment_order_id=576

    As you can see the domain is missing, so the page doesn’t load. What causes this please and how can I fix it?

    We are unable to open your site URL and it’s just asking for subscribing.

    This type of issue might come if there is another plugin theme conflicting with our plugin.

    Can you please share your system report with us? So we can review your all the activated plugins and theme and check it and get back to you.

    Also, is this issue only coming in email? On the product page is it working fine?

    If there is any plugin related to the page redirection or custom permalink then please deactivate it and check it.

    Hi. I’m having the same issue.

    It’s only happening in the emails.

    WooCommerce liks in emails (downloadable products) are working fine. I’ve tried in two different wordpress instalations.
