• OK.. before y’all go and call me an idiot for not searching first – I DID search. No luck at all – I saw a thread where they suggested to chmod my .htacccess to 666, so I easily did that, and followed some other suggestions as well. Nothing has helped. I’ve deleted index.php and reuploaded it – nothing.

    Currently, if you go to the index.php of my WP it’s blank. Absolutely blank. Nothing. No errors at all. No blog. No header. No sidebar. NOTHING!!

    It was showing up fine a few hours ago. I uploaded a style-switcher plugin. It worked after that, then I left the computer. About twenty minutes ago I came back to check. It was blank, so I tested other non-WP parts of the site – they worked, so the problem is WP.

    I’m using WP 1.5 . My server’s PHP version is 4.3.11 . . .

    Any help?? Thank you all in advance ??

  • Cleared your cache ?
    Does removing the switcher help ?

    It’s not a cache issue. I visited the site, and it’s blank.

    All that’s in the source is:
    <html><body></body></html>

    Well… that’s odd because my index php consists of the usual:

    <?php
    /* Short and sweet */
    define('WP_USE_THEMES', true);
    require('./wp-blog-header.php');
    ?>

    I just deleted the index.php once again and reploaded one with the above. Nothing. ??

    BTW, the required wp-blog-header.php does exist.

    Uh…you should download WP again and upload it, then. ??

    I just downloaded WP and re-uploaded it three times this week. *cries*

    I’m going to do that right now, thanks for the advice.. I’ll check back to give y’all a update.

    No. I’m far below the limit.

    I tried removing the styleswitcher as well…

    Oh. I just figured it out – it was because I deleted the default skin while it was still selected to default.. DUH.. Sorry..

    Chelsea, thanks for letting everyone know how you solved your problem. You saved me much hassle.
