Blank Page ERROR

@ishubhammishra Thanks for the Site Health info. Let’s check if there is a conflicting plugin. Could you:

1) install the?Health Check & Troubleshooting
2) enable the troubleshooting mode?(which affects the logged-in user only)
3) enable the Web Stories plugin, and notify us if you still get a blank page
4) enable other plugins one by one to track which one is conflicting

You can disable this setting afterwards.

Interesting! That sounds like one of your other plugins might be conflicting with Web Stories. While we try to evaluate this on our end by testing your plugins from the Site Health info, it might be easiest for you to test this too.

You could do so by disabling all your plugins one by one to see if you still get the blank page or not. This way we can find out the exact plugin causing the issue.

@ishubhammishra Thanks for checking. Looks like you are using SiteGround hosting platform. I tested this with my site on that platform and it’s possible there is a conflict with the SG Optimizer plugin. Specifically, when the setting for “Fix Insecure Content” is enabled. We will contact them regarding this conflict, but as a temporary workaround please toggle off this option.

You mentioned above while in the troubleshooting mode there weren’t any errors if you enabled the Web Stories plugin only. Did you try on your end to disable all your plugins one by one (safely in Health Check & Troubleshooting mode) to check which plugin exactly is conflicting with Web Stories?

If the blank page occurs only when SG Optimizer and Web Stories are enabled together, then please note we are looking into possible issues with that plugin in this GitHub issue: #4477 which you can follow for any progress.
