• We are trying to install this plugin and upon activation the WP Dashboard only has a blank white screen. We enabled debug logging via wp-config and reload page. Checked debug logs/error_logs and it didn’t showed any error logs.

    Hi! That’s odd… Unfortunately without any errors there’s not much that we can do. It’s possible that there is a higher level error somewhere that doesn’t make it to WordPress, do you have access to the server error logs? Your host may be able to help you if you tell them when you’re seeing this blank page.
    Also, please check that the wp-content/uploads folder exists and that you have write permission there.

    Hi,

    We will contact the hosting company. The uploads folder has a 755 permission.

    Maybe it doesn’t apply with installing plugins…
    But could it be the .maintenance file was not removed?
