Blank Page at index & some ques

  • my wp index.php get blank but i can login
    the error said it is related to the wp-config.php
    i have check the DB Name , host, password and user; they are all correct.

    and i would like to ask about how to active the trackback and premalink function? And “the loop”? i get confuse on them.
