• Dear all, everything was fine until I used Customizr 3.4.31, updating to 4.3.33 my site disappears and I just get a blank page ….
    Everything returns to normal if I reinstall an old version….
    What happens, is possible to fix this problem?

    If I understand well, you created a problem and now you’re not in the position to solve it?
    Really very strange then, in few words it means find another theme…..
    I’ m speechless but OK, I’ll put my site in maintenance and shall choose another theme…

    Hi Menaka, everything is clear, you/your team or somebody else updated the theme and now it does not work…. I, as suggested, deactivated all plugins but nothing has changed so, it means that the created problem is not fixable from your side….
    What else, a lot of programmers/specialists, in this forum, ask for access info to analyze/understand what happens and help all the customers but you are all loyal to duty…
    Do not worry it is not a problem, I’ll change the theme with due respect to all!

    After another day of attempts I give up, the problem that you have created, also with your suggestions, has no solution, and is forcing me to move on to another theme …
