Blank page after submitting a post

    Hi there, I just installed the plugin and configured it.
    When I test the form and submit an entry, after I press submit … I get a blank page. In other words, it does not go to the confirmation page I configured.

    Any idea what is happening?

    Hello, glad to help. Wild guess it could be a cache plugin. If using a cache plugin, you will need to whitelist the form URL. Or, if that’s not the case, then the best way to find out what’s happening is check out the site’s error log and/or WP debug. That info would tell us exactly what happens when the server responds with a blank page. If unsure about where to find your site’s error logs, ask your web host or developer for help.

    Thanks for the follow-up. We actually couldn’t figure out the problem and for this reason and others we moved to another solution. Best
