Blank page after re-activating the hosting account.

    Hello,

    One of my client’s site was running fine. Then due to some “Malicious File Found In Website – Shell – SHRAF-IDS-5” hosting account got suspended automatically. I requested the hosting guys and got reactivated it. After that site is not running, showing completely blank. All the content is present on the server.
    Now the error is as below:

    [10-Oct-2015 08:32:09 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/dandeliresort/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/dandeliresort/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 118

    Please help me out to clear this issue.

  • Seems like the core is corrupted, download the latest version of WordPress and upload all the files overwriting anything you have.

    Virus issue in the theme. I had to remove the theme, re-done everything.
