Blank page after posting a test comment on my blog

I’m having a huge amount of trouble with the comments on my blog. Basically, after trying submit a test comment on one of my discussions, i get taken to a blank wp-comments-post.php page.

As I haven’t added this page in yet i’m not suprised there isn’t anything showing, but I haven’t seen this page added on any of the theme’s i’ve looked at, including wordpress’ default themes.

So I’m totally stumped as to why this is happening. Is it some kind of page that allows users to preview or cancel their comment before submitting it? If so, can I bypass it? If anyone has an answer as to what the purpose of this page is, I’ll be able to style something up but as it is, its a right pain!
