Blank page after entering password

Hi,
First of all, thank you for your plugin ?? Unfortunately I have a small issue.
I created a WordPress page with a form where my web visitors can request a password:
https://www.snooper-app.com/reports-request-access/
When they send their request, I send them a password. For the test, you can use the following password: Reports_4
They go back to the previously mentioned page and click ‘ACCESS REPORT’:
https://www.snooper-app.com/reports-request-access/
They’re then sent to the page where the must enter the password.
At that moment, they should arrive on the correct page. Unfortunately the first time they try to login with the password they arrive on a blank page with the following URL:
https://www.snooper-app.com/wp-login.php?action=postpass
They must go back, re-enter the password and then only they have access to the correct page:
If they leave the page and come back later, they have access without having to enter their password but the URL is different:
https://www.snooper-app.com/industry-reports-2/industry-reports/
Can you help me understand why they get to that blank page and how I can prevent this from happening?
