Blank page after checkout

I have setup PayPal standard with PayPal sandbox account. When I tested for payment, I got a blank screen after completing payment. Please could you suggest me how can I resolve this. I’ve tried with YITH Custom Thank You Page for Woocommerce, it works for other simple products but it doesn’t work for subscription product.
