since last update to 7.10.29 Version from today I can’t open any page in the WP backend.
All pages (Maps, Settings, Support) of the plugin are blank. And in the frontend I get a 500 error in the console.

I deactivated all Plugins on backend exept the map, but the error still remains

Is there any other with the same problem?

  • Hi there

Thank you for reporting this, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please update to 7.10.30 – you can de-activate or delete the plugin folder safely, without losing any data, perform the update, and the issue will be solved.

Please let me know if that solves the issue?

    Kind regards

I have updated to version 7.10.30 but I am still seeing this problem. There is no error or warning message in the web console. I cannot get to Settings for the plugin because the admin page is also blank.

I have had to comment-out the map shortcode from my page because it makes the entire page blank.

    Hi there,

I have the same problem with @katkhal as well.

I have upgraded my WP_GooglMap plugin to 7.10.30; However, I still got blank screen in either setting or maps.

If you could please help, that would be really appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Cheers, Budi

    Hi @katkhal, hi @rabbitzcool

My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Could you please confirm you’ve cleared any relevant caches server side, and could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG, refresh the problem page, open your debug log and let us know what error messages you see there?

If it’s vital that you get this up and running as soon as possible, please roll back to the last working version (.28 should be safe).

If FTP access to the site(s) in question is permissible, and you’d be kind enough to open a support ticket to securely exchange the credentials, we would be more than happy to look into this on your behalf.

    I hope that helps?

    Kind regards
    – Perry
