Blank Page after 2 navigation clicks

  • After I select about 2 (sometimes 1) page(s) from my navigation, the pages stop loading on the screen. For example, I will click on the engineering page from my home page, and then I will get onto the said page, and then if I go to another page, such as Big Data, the second page doesn’t load. Sometimes the first page doesn’t load, sometimes the third one doesn’t. Very Strange.

    Solutions I have tried already:
    Deactivating all plugins one at a time – even with all of them deactivated I have the same problem.
    I have installed W3 cache, as I thought it may be a slow/server problem – did not solve the problem.

    Please help!

  • It might be a server issue. There is a problem with wpstats and the font awesome plugins whether the page loads or not. Is there an error.log file in the root of WordPress?

    I do not have an error log unfortunately. Could you please direct me on what to do?

    Well I’d start by deactivating W3 since it didn’t fix it. Try turning animations off in the Theme. Switch to a default theme and test.

    You should also head over to https://qode.ticksy.com/ and post the issue in the Themes support forum. As its a commercial premium Theme we cannot support it here. (no access to the code).

    It could also be a Hosting problem so I’d look into the server set-up as well.

    Okay, well thank you for the help. I will try the methods you explained before contacting Qode. When I had read their support forum they seemed to blame it on server and hosting issues which doesn’t help me. I contacted our tech group for server info and everything is running fast and normal. The other offshore site is working really well. Same as hosting.

    Actually, a couple more questions. DO you know how to reduce the size of the website? And when you say there is a problem with wpstats what do you mean?
