    Hello Duplicator-Team,

I am a big fan of your plugin and have been using it for a dozen times but since the last update something doesn’t seem to work for me anymore.
I only noticed (due to my first tutorial I used) that one step looks different. Before it said “Connect and Remove All Data” when pasting the new database info… it’s now auto set to “Empty Database” and I kept it this way and it all works out intil I am supposed to Admin Login I get whether just a blank site or HTTP ERROR 500. I’ve never had this problem before and couldn’t find any help trying to google that… can you help?

    Thanks a lot in advance!
    Stephanie

    Hey @sjkd

    Thanks for the feedback!

“Connect and Remove All Data” was changed to “Empty Database” so they are basically the same thing. There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

    – Why do I get a blank/white screen on my site?

    Hey Cory,

thank you for your help and clearing out first that it’s just a new wording and the settings are still the same and fine.

So I figured out that my blank / error page was due to my memory limit (setups). So I did the .user.ini settings stuff and now it is working perfectly fine again.

So if anyone else might run into this issue… memory limit can be a thing ??

    Thanks again for your time!
