    Hello!

I’m using WordPress 4.8.7 with Woocommerce 3.5.3 and the last version of your plugin.
I’ve created some products and every product has its own downloadable link; I’ve created a page, with the tag [woo_mydownloads], but this page is blank.
I see the header, the footer, but no content. I’ve enabled the debug of WordPress, but no error on the plugin.
I don’t know how to solve this.

    Hi infomil!

The first of all, Thanks for use WSHK!

The problem that you have is very easy to be solved ??

The shortcodes for build your custom account page, must be added in your custom account page, and this page must be assigned how the WooCommerce’s account page (in the WooCommerce settings).

So for display the Downloads shortcode content, just need go to WooCommerce settings > Advanced and set how the account page your new custom page.

Remember that this page will be your new account page so must have too the Login form (this shortcode must be enable from WSHK settings, Customize the shortcodes section)

For separate the content for the logged in users than the non logged, you can use the restrict content shortcodes [wshk]content here[/wshk] and [off] content here [/off]

Is important to know that if you are using a page builder how visual composer or something like that, maybe you will need build first all the account page and for end separate the content in the HTML mode with the restrict shortcodes.

If you think that maybe it can be some hard for build, now you can get a Free addon for Woo Shortcodes Kit, called Easy My Account Builder and with just add a shortcode in your account page, you will can build your account page easilly from the WSHK plugin.

Get the new addon for Woo Shortcodes kit FREE from here –>EASY MY ACCOUNT BUILDER

I hope that it can helpfull for you, if you need some help to build your custom account page, just say me and i can build a fast example in your web. ??

    Regards!

Hello, and thanks for the reply.

My “custom page” (where I want to see my downloads) is called “Your lessons”; in this page I’ve put only the shortcode; in the settings of Woocommerce I’ve put the permalink in the Downloads field, but …same blank page.

    May I forgot something?

    Hi again!

Nope, you cant use the download shortcode out of the account page, the Download list shortcode must be added just in the account page.

Some time ago, it was possible but was making problems and was not safe for the downloads…so, the shortcode was fixed for be displayed in the account page only.

If you need that, i can try to provide you a custom function for add with a snippet, and it will let you display the Download list table where you want ??

But, by default with Woo Shortcodes kit, all the shortcodes filtered for “Build my account” just can work in the account page.

** For build your custom account page, dont need change the permanlinks or WooCommerce Endpoints. Just need look for the Account page dropdown, click on it and search your new custom account page.

    Regards! ??

    Hello!

Yes, it works very very good.
Only another question: I’d like to append at the link of the button (or at the name of the product) a variable that has the id of the product.

For example, if the Product Id is 10, and the download url is https://website-test.com/downloadlink , this became: https://website-test.com/downloadlink?idproduct=10.

    Where I can modify this?
    THank you again!

    Fantastic!

Im very happy to know that ??

For other hand, about your another question:

Woo Shortcodes Kit plugin havent this option by now…

By default the download link is taked from $download[‘download_url’] that you can find in the WooCommerce’s My Downloads template and generate an url with the product ID for grant access to download the file(s), this url have too the order number, the user email and the user key for validate the download…

If you change it, maybe the download link will not work, but you can try something fast, adding the variable $product_id after the download url.

Just for test, because it can break the download link or for other hand if it work, when you make an update from where you had modified the template, it will be erased with the new template file.

I hope it can be usefull for you ??

If you want leave your review for help with the plugin grow, will be great!

Thanks for use Woo Shortcodes Kit and for your time.

    Regards!
