I installed it this month. I don’t know if with the WP update to 4.9 or when, but after updating a few days ago a plugin the screen was blank with the admin panel menu visible. I thought it was a problem with that plugin, but today after updating other plugins it happened again, until I discovered that the problem was coming from your plugin… I had to uninstall your plugin.

    Bes Regards,

    Fran

Sorry to hear you’re having issues Fran.

When you activate it, do you get any errors?

Can you talk me through the issue in a little more detail, as it’s difficult to understand from your description what’s going on. You say it caused admin to go blank, bar the menu, but then you said it happened again – what happened in-between? How did you get it working?

    Hi David,

When it happened to me the first time I uninstalled the plugin that had been updated because I thought the problem was some conflict with the update of that plugin. But today I updated 3 more plugins and it happened again. So I changed the name of these plugin folders and was able to enter the admin panel. The blog worked fine, but the admin panel screen only showed the menu on the left. So I looked for which plugin I installed a short time ago, which was yours, deactivated it and was able to update the plugins without any problems.

When I installed your plugin I had no problem and it was working well. I don’t have it activated now. I really wanted it to list the plugins installed. If I need to make the list again, I will activate it, but I know I have to deactivate it through FTP to remove the blank screen.

    All the best,
    Fran

    Hi David,

It seems the problem doesn’t come from your plugin. There are 2 plugins whose update is what caused me the problem. I have to investigate why. I have reactivated your plugin and it does not conflict with the others.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    All the best,
    Fran

No worries Fran – just glad to know it wasn’t my plugin (I really don’t understand why it should have been doing that!).
