Blank Page

  • Hello,

    I’ve installed the plugin on a fresh install of WordPress and when I navigate to the /community page to view the forum it is blank. I checked that the shortcode is entered correctly and I’ve also checked to see if it created a /community-2 page (it didn’t).

    After looking on the support forums I’ve seen replies telling users to use /%postname%/ as the permalink for wpForo to work. I’ve also tried this.

    Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

    Could you please Uninstall(not deactivate), then, delete wpForo. Then search and install it again. If it doesn’t work please leave some info about your hosting service and forum URL.

    Thanks for the reply. I also tried reinstalling (not just deactivating) after choosing the permalink.

    My host is Siteground and website URL is:
    https://watlingubuntu.org/community/

    Another note – I had this template with the same content and plugins hosted on a different URL about 2 months ago and it worked perfectly.
