    Could you please share a screenshot of the Order Notes for the blank orders?
    This will help us understand if there are any relevant details.

    Additionally, I have a few questions to help further investigate:
    – How many blank orders have been created so far?
    – Has this issue occurred before, or is it a recent development?
    – Have you noticed any related errors in WooCommerce > System Status > Logs?

    With this information, I’ll be able to assist you better in identifying the root cause.

    Hey Zubair, thanks for the follow up.

    • Approximately 700 blank orders have been created since June 2024.
    • Screenshots are below.
    • Logging is enabled, but there does not appear to be any logs that are related to the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway.
