    The past two months I have been getting random blank orders showing up, where the shipping and billing address is blank, there are no products in the order, and of course the order total is $0.00. How is this possible when you need something in your cart to even checkout and place an order?

    Woocommerce is still working as real orders are coming in, but I have been getting about 10 of these blank orders each week.

    Just checking if you’ve managed to resolve this as I can see the thread was closed with resolved status. If the issue is still ongoing, please update the thread status to not resolved or open a new thread. We’ll be happy to further investigate the issue. In this case, kindly provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
